Default OCC is doing its job! - 09-21-2017, 06:43 AM

Did a custom occ setup on my car and checked it for the first time yesterday.

After about 3 months(?) I drained about a tablespoon (~1oz.) out of it. Hey, that oil would have been blown through and onto all my parts, but instead, it's in my used oil receptacle. Winner, for sure.

You should try the RB OCC setup on the low-side. I empty about 3-4 oz of oil every month.

Wow, that seems like a lot.
I have the RB PCV valve connected to a Mishimoto can. I'm sure differently modded cars, and maybe driving habits help determine what gets pushed through (and then caught by OCC), don't you think?

EDIT: Just thinking... I may get more in future dumps. I ran pretty long lines and it might have taken a couple ounces just to "coat" everything up to the can.
