Did you intentionally set max boost for 1st gear to 2.8psi?

Set FF to 80 and do another log to see if it improves boost. FF is too low.

It's boost reduced by 2.8psi in first on these.

FF will adjust itself as needed, but you're below target here. Is EWG connector installed on JB4? If not that needs to be added.

I ordered the F Chassis N55 BMW JB4 Tuner for EWG. I don't remember plugging anything near the turbo. Had an extra connector left over that the pdf didn't mention. I assumed it was for MAF. PDF says to tuck a connector away if PWG. what is the extra connector for ? I saw the add on connector kit for $35 on BMS I will order now if that's what's needed.

Photo of it? Sounds like it's the EWG and you just need to plug it in. There is no MAF connector.

I plugged it in the EWG last night ,erased all MHD and BEF back to stock and got boost pressures back up. Threw a CEL this morning and have had this code a few times before but very intermittent.( 102001 Air Mas , plausibility--Tuner code, ignore). I checked for boost leaks but didn't see anything obvious. I'm gonna smoke test the system today just for peace of mind or should I ignore like code says? Uploaded latest log with map 2 .Why is target so much lower than actual boost? Should I ignore boost 2 since it seems to log slightly higher boost psi?

You can ignore that code and smoke tests are no good...you need to pressure test for leaks at the intended boost target. For a stock turbo, I believe you are getting fairly close to its max potential.

Map 2 is an additive map so the boost target shows that additive, not the overall boost target as that will be dependent on your ECU_PSI.

Thanks I figured I should ignore that code that's why I keep clearing it. So ill be adding the BMS meth kit probably next week . So am I wasting time adding a BEF now or wait till the meth kit is installed?. I'm wondering if I downloaded a corrupted file before that's why I was having issues with the BEF.

No, I'd download a fresh file and reload the flash to see how it looks. Maybe it was a bad download or upload to the car.
