Quick update for anyone having a similar issue. As soon as I received my first long crank upon cold start, I took it into the dealership. I took everything off my car besides the dp and exhaust. Long story short, the inspector was called in to give Bmw the "ok" for the repairs and saw the dp. He said as long as I have the dp taken off and the oem put back on they will do the work under warranty. So I took care of that and they replaced my hpfp and my evap system as well. The car has been running great and I have been experimenting with ethanol.
 This log is with estimated 45% ethanol and 55% 91 octane. If it matters, I believe the open fuel loop set to 70. Jb4 iso Vrsf dp Er cp Bms intake

Looks pretty good, turbo is pretty much maxed out though.
