Go back through the entire How-To ...
nearing the end there is mention of 7-zip being the needed program.

As the guys talking a pure Inpa,
Downloaded my Inpa on Windows vm and seems to run fine, just one strange thing as I wanted to test my injector coding after I open the injector page I get only page showing f1 injector 1, f2 injector 2.... Etc but it doesn't show the existing injector values bar, it just popup to enter new values...
Is it an issue with Inpa or I'm missing something? My car runs fine and I don't really to code injectors I'm just browsing through the options only.
If the injectors not coded there also should be the values bar of the injector regardless correct?

Had similar problem. INPA connected and everything but it wouldn't show the injectior bar like on the YouTube video.
I closed all the programs, removed the cable from car and computer. Turned the car off removed the car. Then turned the key on, connected the cable to the car and computer, opened INPA and this time it worked.. It showed the bar with green marks and the current values. As I changed the values the green bar would change with it.
