2 more logs. Both logs were done in Sport +, manual mode, 3rd and 4th gear.
Map 7, running an E30 blend.

Looks pretty normal. A bit of overboost at tip in and you're about maxing out the turbo but a few more good pulls should help dial things in a bit more. Not a lot more you're going to get out of the stock turbo. Timing looks pretty good, a few small corrections up top but not bad. You could try a couple more gallons of E85 to see how that looks.

Thank you for reviewing. Quick question, as I'm looking at the first log I see where after the over boosting my Boost is running below target for the remainder of the log. Is that something I should be concerned with?

Also, do you feel the Fueling is where it should be? I am chasing a sporadic issue where every few weeks on startup, my fp_h reading plummets to the 2's and 3's and the car idles rough and dies. If I shut the car off for 30 seconds to let the system sleep and then restart, the issue goes away and everything drives perfectly. I get no codes or drivetrain malfunction, but I'm not sure what's happening. I'm currently looking into adding a lpfp sensor, so I can monitor my pressure on the low side.

Ok, I need some help regarding this hpfp pressure issue. I hooked up my MHD adapter and was able to pull these shadow codes that weren't showing up on the JB4. From a quick google search, it seems people are saying this could be related to the tune. Has anyone else dealt with these issues? I just replaced the DMTL pump so hopefully that code won't return.

Since they are shadow codes, the system is saying they occurred sometime in the past but are not currently active.

I would delete them and see if they come back, and if they come back try to capture the occurrence in a log.

Pretty easy to exceed the HPFP capacity on this platform, especially when adding ethanol.

Yeah, I'm hoping that's not the case. My 535i is the first generation N55 and has the old style N54 HPFP, which I thought would push more Ethanol. The strange thing is, I don't think I have a problem on the top end during pulls. Unless I am missing something, the pressure seems to be inline and the car isn't leaning out. I was under the impression that my old style HPFP was more of a mechanical style unit that would either work or wouldn't.

Ok, I will definitely try to log this issue the next time it occurs. However, I do have another question. I am currently running the Race BEF because I typically aim for a E30 Blend. Do you think it may be helpful to switch to the E85 BEF? It's kind of confusing because the E30 blend seems to overlap the 2 maps.

RACE: Intended for use on pump fuels and E85 mixtures up to 50%.
E85: Intended for use on heavy E85 mixtures of 30-100%. Note the N55 generally has a hard time supporting more than 30-40% E85 due to a weak high pressure fuel pump. If your fuel pressure is crashing you know you need to reduce the E85 mixture, reduce boost, or add in WMI or port injection.

If your hpfp pressure is keeping up well with e30 then give it a go with e40. Log it. If still good try the e85 flash.

Easy to flash back to race and reduce e85 if hpfp crashes.

Ok, I was sitting in my car on my lunch break and started a quick log of the fuel pressure issue. The car was not shutting off and stalling this time, however I reflashed the MHD E85 Map a day ago and made sure to turn on the start up roar. The start up roar has seem to to help with the stalling issue, however this is the first time the fuel pressure issue has occurred this week. You will see on the log the fuel pressure was standing steady at 2, until I shut off the engine. When I restarted the car a few seconds later everything ran fine.
