What mods? What fuel? What plugs?
Log looks OK but there are a few timing correction I think can be cleaned up with a higher octane or some E-85 mix. (or better plugs depending on what you have in now)

Iíve only got a muffler delete and intakes. Iíve only got access to 91 here in Newfoundland and Iím using the Costco top tier 91. Iíve got the HKS plugs that were pre-gapped to .028, I was wondering if I should take them out and close in the gap?

Absolutely pull those out. Never trust "pre gapped" lol. I guarantee those are waaaay off. Get a good feeler gauge and put them between .022 and .026

Oh they are all at .028, I manually checked them all before installing them with a gauge! Should I close the gap on them all?

Yes, close them .022-.023 will be fine even if you stay Map1, it will give you room incase you get some octane boost or go methanol.
