Default Tell Me Where I've Gone Wrong - Running Lean JB4 - 08-08-2021, 06:30 PM

Hello guys,

I've been struggling with the follow CEL codes:

1. 102001 Air Mass, Plausability
2. 118991 Mixture ECU mixture Lean
3. 119304 Rail Pressure Sensor, Plausability

I noticed that I have a consistent 48 PSI readling that doesn't change at all.
This is from the FP_L channel. Is this normal?

Ive ran a smoke test, and it seems all of the air leaks were fixed.

Do you know what this all means?

You need to update your firmware and set all your user adjustment values back to the default values.

You do not have an LPFP sensor so ignore that value.

Okay, I think this is the latest Firmware, right?

What values are NOT default? I forgot what I modified.

See the attached screenshots. Thanks!

You can find the default values here and V19 is the latest firmware although it is beta.

Okay I downloaded the V19 beta firmware, and i changed all the values back to default.
No change. The start starts rough, and the idle is rough. I think may have a fueling issue as the air side seems pretty solid.

Here's a log. What do you think? The FP sensor? LPFP? HPFP? The LPFP was replaced as part of the recall.

The JB4 isn't actively tuning when you are at idle or cruise. That sounds more like an intake leak post maf or something of that nature. I'm assuming you still have the same issue if the JB4 is on map 0 (disabled)?
