Looks fine but your boost target is higher than what your turbo can deliver, WGDC is maxed out so you're as good as its going to get at this point.

Iím a little throttle happy and love this car would next step to be to just go stage 2 turbo? Or p/I e85 ? Also is xhp stage 3 a good mod for trans and worth the 360? Sorry for all the questions new to

Next step is a PS2 and upgrade fueling.
Not much else you can do for a maxed out turbo.

As said above. Looks fine except you are at maxed wgdc. You are pushing the turbo to its absolute limit. You will not be able to do that for very long before your turbo breaks down.

You need to reduce your boost targets or get a new turbo.

Yes, in your case you either need to check for a boost leak and fix, or if there is no leak you would need to lower boost. Or get a bigger turbo.

Smoke/pressure test is the best way to check for leaks. Chargepipe and fmic connections are the common trouble spots.

Ps2 is a great option. There are others with higher price tags.

Going to do a pressure test before I install intercooler to see if I have any leaks

Pressure test was good no leaks at all how are people running 20psi on stock turbos ? I have read that the 535i turbo is absolute max of 25psi

I've never heard of that high a boost pressure produced from a stock pwg turbo. On ewg I have.

Regardless, your turbo is not up to it it seems. I would think it would be doing better than it is. Do you have upgraded intercooler and highflow d pipe? May be some loss due to back pressure.

Or it could be that you've got an 8 year old turbo and its just not up to the task you're asking of it. Likely time for ps2.

You should be able to reload the firmware or revert to the next earlier version.
