Xhp Flashtool for the 8HP Transmition ( F-Series ) -

Just wanted to share this conversation that i had with Xhp Yesterday
They will start supporting the 8HP gears (F-Series) in 2018 !
Great news for all who is moding and tuning, since most of the F-Series Cars are having 3rd & 6th Gear Torque limiters! Wish Xhp will find a solution to this

No but I wouldn't expect it to come one month later. I would guess closer to the end of this year.

Today I was in a 335i E90 ZFHP21 with XHS stage 3 flash and works very nice ( day and night compare to alpina flash ). Their claim 730lb/ft torque holding

Most likely due to the fact that the market for the 6-speed and 8-speed autos are way larger than the DCT market. Also i would assume that the 6-speed an 8-speed would in some way be related since they are produced by the same company, so most likely it would be less of a hassle for XHP to crack the 8-speed and enable flashing.

I just got the EFR 8374 for my M235i. I would really appreciate XHP for the 8HP, but I can't find any news about it.

Release is in December 2018! , so its less than 30 day's to go

My question is:
if the ZF 8HP is limited to 450Nm in the N55 version why all this hype with the Flashtool?
For sure the limit is not 450Nm and is higher , but how much? 550Nm? 600Nm?
the real purpose of the XHP flashtool will be fastest shifts , launch control at higher rpm?
