On my old m235i I liked using the Dinan springs and bumpstops which to me felt amazingly smooth. If you have EDC (electronic damper control) you should get Dinan springs because they fully integrated that. If you don't have EDC just get with basic Dinan springs or H&R lowering springs. I recommend getting them installed outside the BMW dealerships because they will charge you alot, go to a reputable shop and get it done.
