Default BMS Wheel Spacers for the M4 - 08-02-2014, 12:59 PM

I origianally purchased a set of 10 and 15mm spacers for my 328. I never installed them and traded that car in for an M4. Will these spacers fit on my M4?

The M3/M4 use the same F series spacers/bolts. So you should be fine. At least with the 15mm. I don't think 10mm will clear the hubs but you can always test fit them.

We did put some BMS wheel spacers on our new 2015 F80 M3 and WOW what a difference. I will be making a separate post here soon but here are some quick photos.

The perfect BMS wheel spacer size on the F80 M3 with factory wheels and tire sizes in my opinion is 15mm front and 20mm rear. A more mild approach is 12mm in the front and 15mm or 18mm rear. The F80 M3 and F82 M4 both have nice wide fenders so there is a lot of room for thick spacers!

If your 328i is a 2012+ F30 (F chassis) 328i the bolts and spacers you have will work on the new F chassis M4. All sizes, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 20mm BMS wheel spacers will clear the F80 M3 and F92 M4 hubs front and rear.

For all others out there with the 2012+ F30 and F31 3 Series sedan vehicles only. 15mm+ is the smallest thickness spacer this vehicle may use in the rear. Front can fit 10mm and 12mm. This only applies 2012-2014 F30 and F31 vehicles. This is due to the factory hub being too tall and the 10mm and 12mm spacers don't sit flush with the rotor hat. You can always grind down the factory hubs a MM or two if you want to use smaller spacers in the rear of the F30 and F31 3 series.

Those rear flares are nice and aggressive even more so with the wheels sitting flush. Looks great!
