Default N54 JB4 BEF Log Review - 07-10-2019, 08:52 PM

Hello,

Another New-b in the N54 world looking for some log advice. Just did the MHD BEF and am wondering if the log shows any concerns. Car feels pretty good but not sure if there is a problem with timing advance. Any help/advice is much appreciated.

Thanks!

You are on old Firmware 32/8//2

Update to latest firmware
Enable 6cyl timing logging

Do a proper log:
A couple adaptation runs are good if you made any recent changes
Flat open road
3rd or 4th gear (preferably 3rd)
Traction off
Start log WOT 2k to redline Stop Log
Post it!

As stated above- your on a pretty old firmware- we suggest updating, but your call

Ideally we’d like to see timing on all cyl- enable that via user adjustments.

LPFP looks pretty tired— stock?

I don’t know about that but your Lpfp is in the 50’s for most of the log and that’s not good.

Was the most recent log after you reset adaptations? Trims / AFR look normal in that log, bank 1 /2 seem to mirror each other w.o much deviation.

How old are you o2 sensors?
