OK, well I guess I'll go back through and double check the installation, I didn't install it, but it seemed to work fine with the stock turbos. Not sure what else to try

We will want a current log. I saw you posted one from a few weeks ago.

Current is alway best, when dealing with an issue.

Hi, here's my story. Got MMP1k and never has an issue with overboost until thist week I did following maintenance :

- valvecover gasket
- changed 2 vacuum hose behind oil house
- install new mobile JB4 app

Now I'm permanently have huge overboost increasing to redline or fail safe. Steps I did :
- check diag for any codes
- recheck defaults for hybrids
- reflesh the BEF
- of course did the logs (see the first two)

As we can see the WGDC can be lowered so I did many pools and end with this :

(Last safety is always overboost. Last pool caused fuel starvation)

So this log MMP1_Overboost_Map7LoweringDB_I.csv looks nice but next pool again overboost... see the MMP1_Overboost_Map7LoweringDB_II.csv.

Can't figure out what's the problem or with. One possibility is I had vac leak before end now I don't and WG so tight I have to lower WGDC much much. But why I have one pool ok and second not!? Could be a problem of boost solenoids (but have for 2,5 years newones gen 2).

So I did another test. Set DWGP to max. and disconnect wire from solenoid. Seems to me that WG actuator go back slow but I don't think that is problem.

The last thing is that when I got a overboost JB4 freeze and I can't reconnect until I shut engine... Not problem just for info.

Thanks much guys.

When WGDC drops boost drops so that side seems fine. The logs are hard to look at though. Have a log starting at lower RPM in 4th gear? Maybe lower FF to 40 also just to start it out lower.

Terry, left my DB as mentioned and have set up FF40. It's wierd, first pool overboost, later pool ok (underboost as DB is lowered). FF is rising during pools.

Let's say now is ok even I think that's weird according to FF (rising and it's better?) Also when I got overboost JB4 somehow crash (mobile app is out of connection, steering control does not work)

Logs > First w/ FF 40 -> overboost, last two are ok (underboost due to DB) and FF rising

I will setup the defaults back and will see. What "default" for Menu 12? Thanks.

I fixed it by giving up and taking the JB4 off and getting a custom MHD flash through a reputable tuner I've worked with before, runs great.

I fixed that by lowering FF as your tuner did I changed last line of vacs and I had a leak before. MMP has very tight WG
