Default Spark Plugs for 2.0T '16 SXL - 07-02-2019, 09:48 AM

I just bought the JB4 tuner, and am looking for plugs for it. What NGK or Denso plug would be good? I can't seem to find the factory heat range, some people say it's 20, some say 22 (6 or 7 for NGK). But many people say the factory plugs are really hot also. I do mostly highway driving but also like to get on it and am trying to not blow up my motor.

There's so much conflicting information out there. I don't "think" the M45XL plugs are really necessary, but thought I would try and get a straight answer here if possible.

Not sure what the stock plugs are for your car but the Stinger and G70 2.0T is a heat range of 8. SO the direct replacement is the HKS 40XL and if you want to go one step colder, the 45XL.
