Abdullah, this is silly. Inlets allow your turbos to pull air with less restriction. The stock inlets are squeezed flat, especially in the rear. This has a restrictive effect on airflow so the turbos have to work harder, use more wastegate to achievepower levels the ecu calls for.
As a rule, the higher the boost, the more effective the inlets are.
You don't need to change tune or even tuning map, just install them. You'll notice that the turbos spool more freely and generate more power. How much depends on your turbos fuel, mods and boost level.
After installing my RB inlets I now hit 20 psi on 93 octane on a daily driving map. And it feels effortless. I can probably hit 25 on e85 blends. (Still tuning on that).

The way I would describe the effect is similar to catlezz d.ownpipes. But twice as much impact. Think of it this way. Your turbos just grew a size. That's what it feels like.

Sleeper 5 series
Performance: Pro tuned MHD, xHP Stage 3 TCU flash, DCI, AR kittens, ER FMIC & CP, Fuel-It Stage 2 LPFP w ported rail, RB turbos, RB inlets, KW V2, Mfactory LSD
Audio: Jehnert Flatline speakers, Mobridge M1000 DA2 digital preamp, Helix P-DSP, Zapco Z-150.6 amp, CIC iDrive upgrade

You would have to ask him.
I know that Trebila will.
There are probably others.
He's doing mine now lol

They work exactly the same.

Without JB4 you MUST retune you will overboost bad if you don't. With JB4 you just set and forget.

Of course Terry supports inlets. Just use map 6 and set your targets.

Actually it's better as you can plug and play the N20 map sensor and boost over 21.5psi safely.
