Default Vtt inlets, PCV hose keeps pulling off, installed wrong? - 12-29-2017, 01:10 AM

Hey guys, I noticed that the hose from the PCV to the inlet was off after I got my inlets installed
I put it back on but just tonight I noticed it was off again when I was swapping some coils

Are my inlets installed incorrectly? It seems the hole for the hose is facing towards the valve cover and not up...

Any recommendations?
