Vtt inlets, PCV hose keeps pulling off, installed wrong? -

Hey guys, I noticed that the hose from the PCV to the inlet was off after I got my inlets installed
I put it back on but just tonight I noticed it was off again when I was swapping some coils Are my inlets installed incorrectly? It seems the hole for the hose is facing towards the valve cover and not up... Any recommendations? Pics http://imgur.com/vRuVUeN http://imgur.com/SsaDxV9

Throw a adaptor on there, get rid of that 45 degree plastic sensor crap, u don't need that
Hexon turbos Fbo with Cpi tuned at e55 Jsr Custom tuned
