Major Hiccups in upper RPM?? Log Attached Help! -

08 335i N54, JB4, ******* ***, Charge Pipe HKS BOV, Cold air, Fuel it Bucketless Stage 2 lpfp, NGK Plugs 2 step colder, Helix hpfp overdrive unit, VRSF 5" stepped FMIC, Full E85, MHD JB4 E85 BEF, Map 7 on JB4.
As I accelerate the car begins to hesitate really bad and then I eventually let off because of it, I looked at the graph and the only thing I see out of place is IGN 1, is it misfiring or is something else going on? I've attached a log and if someone could look it I would really appreciate it.

99% of the time no codes. One time misfire on cylinder 4.

The hpfp is a brand new (rebuilt) pump from FCP Euro, I bought it because I was installing the Helix overdrive unit.

The hpfp does look odd.
May be worth reaching out to FCP
is it new or remanufactured?

Any thoughts?? What about the log, Ing 1 does it look normal and if not what if anything can be done?

According to FCP it's a rebuild of BMW's latest series hpfp.
