Those are the same links I originally used however I do remember when I first did it mine wasn't exactly the same as shown and computers are not my thing. Im going to erase all the downloads and start over tonight. Does the laptop need to be connected to the JB4 when downloading the software?

I uninstalled all the software from my laptop and started from scratch. This time I was very confident everything was done exact but still it won't connect. It says jb4 failed comm11. Speedo on menu 0 and rpm gauge on map 1.

I know it seems repetitive but did you double check that the usb comm port on PC is the same as set on the JB4?
Also did you make sure the data cable is connected tight to JB4?

My laptop has 3 USB ports and depending on which one I plug into it'll say comm10, 11 or 12. I've tried all three. I'll double check my data link cable to make sure the connection is good to jb4.

I don't see any of that on my app. I'm not using a laptop. I'm using my iPhone.

you still should be able to upload via your phone- may need to save the log to dropbox prior

The log is saved but when I click on it I'm offered a graph box a email box a rename box and a preview box. So the only option it's giving me to share is through email. Is there an email I can send it to?

I never got my laptop to connect to the jb4 so I ordered the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth connected fine and I was able to create a log but the log is saved on my iPhone.

I don't use my iPhone for logging so i don't know exactly where the file is saved for iPhone, if you can figure out where iPhone stores the actual csv file then upload that file to this thread,

What i currently do is, i log using a Android Stereo so i just email that log to my iPhone and save that file to my iPhone in the files section (numbers) then i just load that csv file to a thread that i needed checked, you could just email the log to yourself and do it that way, unless someone that uses iPhone can chime in

Don't know if this will work but here we go! If you can see the log is from 3rd gear WOT for about 4 to 5 seconds.
