So I’ve had my JB4 installed for about two weeks and still seeing what I think is a decent amount of timing being pulled. Correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve used 93 from two different gas stations. This is roughly my 11th log in map2. Others logs have been better with the timing but still seeing highs of 3.8 on those. It varies from cylinder to cylinder and I see no clear pattern aside from timing being pulled across all to varying degrees. The car feels strong and smooth. Maybe I’m being over cautious and should just enjoy it?

Some cars just want less timing advance than others. Maybe the 93 in your area isn't that great or is cut with some additives. Overall though since it's just map2 I wouldn't be too concerned.

Might want to consider investing in a really good FMIC. Like the Mishimoto unit. If you lower your IAT’s it will help a lot. Of course WMI would solve it too.
