Above & Beyond Eurowerks in San Antonio does it for $350 currently. And it includes a new OFHG.

I am in Eagle Pass and I am getting ready to do it myself. Just waiting for my 3D Printer to finish the adapter (I just bought this car). Your welcome to come down here for a lot less. I have an entire mobile workshop in my trailer.
