Just installed a speedtech S363 and a dkm twin disc on my 2012 135i.when in neutral it vibrates heavily Starting around 2000 rpm and proceeds till about 5000rpm it is a violent vibration and I dare not drive it until I find the culprit. Also installed upgraded cdv, turner motor mounts, poly trans bushings, shifter bushings. Center support bearing was moved around during the process and a new pilot bearing was seated Into the flywheel. All bolts tightened to spec.

I would start with trans mount, put the stock mount back, it should go away.
I've just installed the revshift poly trans mount and OMG the NVH was horrible at any rpm like you described. suppose to be "stock like feel" according to revshift, yeh right!!

Back to stock fixed my issue.
