Intermittent no boost issue -

I have a recurring issue where I have little to no boost at full throttle; stopping and restarting the engine fixes the problem. I'm wondering if there's any way to determine if the issue is at the ECU or the jb4.
Attached is a very short log (I backed out of it when I realized it wasn't boosting). Any help/advice is appreciated. Stinger GT2, E30, fuel and EWG wires.
