Loose aligment mark beetween tranny output shaft and driveshaft -

I did a mark but i have repaint my part and forget to mask my mark ....how to properly set these 2 shaft to avoid vibration ???but i seee on the tranny otput shaft there is a oem punch mark but not on the driveshaft shaft
Can you hekp me ???
