Default 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost 0-60 and 1/4 mile times - 10-15-2019, 12:32 PM

Was able to get our hands on a 2019 EcoBoost Mustang for a little stock and JB4 testing. The JB4 is a quick install tuning system that DOES NOT require you to reflash the ECU. The car is fully factory including factory tires. Temps were in the 60s for each run and testing was done on ~93 octane.

Best stock run was 13.71@99mph, best JB4 map2 run was 13.09@102. 0-60mph improved from 5.53s to 4.61s Clearly a lot more on the table with more aggressive JB4 mapping but pleased to see the huge acceleration improvement!

So I just purchased one. I was wondering what are the details of all the maps. I know map 0 is stock, 1,2 more aggressive. But what about the other ones? Is map like a custom one I can input myself?

Map6 is user adjustable but I'd suggest logging map1 and map2 to start, posting the logs here, and then we can help you dial it in from there.

Map0: Fully disable JB4
Map1: +3.5psi peak over stock, default map, suitable for all fuels.
Map2: +3.5psi peak, less top end taper, more aggressive version of map1.
Map3: +4psi peak, suggested for 93 octane and/or modified trucks
Map4: Low boost VALET map
Map5: +6psi peak, suggested for 30% E85 mixtures and/or unleaded race fuel
Map6: User adjustable by RPM map on user adjustment page, values are peak boost over stock by RPM under heavy throttle.
Map7: +7psi peak, experimental map for unleaded race fuel. Factory fuel system likely can't keep up with this map on E30.

Hi I just bought a JB4 and was wondering if I’m able to post logs here to make sure everything’s in check. I’ve recorded a pull on Map 2 and Map 5, what should I show on the log and should I record more than one pull?
