Default BM3 with JB4 - 08-20-2020, 06:59 AM

Hi, I see people run flash tunes with JB4 on top. The advantages are:-

1, Can use JB4 mobile app to monitor live dials (AFR/timing etc)

2, JB4 offers more protection circuits (will drop boost if it sees bad AFR etc)

3, JB4 meth capability

So if I run JB4 on top of BM3, can anyone confirm what maps are safe to run?? I asumme avoid everything apart from Map 0? Someone also mentioned map 4 is okay, but not sure if that's correct???

Appreciate some advice

tx

You are correct, that is exactly what people do.

It depends on how aggressive your flash is to begin with. So we would like to see logs on map 0 (JB4 off for logging only) And see what it would be safe at.

IF you haven't gone with BM3 yet, you should look into MHD+JB4. Cheaper and that's what thousands of people are running
