Default Q50 BMS Heat Exchanger Install - 05-01-2020, 05:50 PM

Hello all... I emailed BMS support as well, but wanted to post this here for any feedback someone may have.

I received and installed my exchanger today. Super easy and a much needed upgrade, but the supplied worm clamps were too small to use and I had to reuse the OEM compression clamps. The hoses appear to be nice and tight. I started my car, gave it some revs and checked for leaks and there were none. I assume that it’s safe to use the OEM clamps instead? If this is not recommended, please let me know and I’ll purchase a little larger size worm clamp.
