Default Problem connecting to JB4 / invalid pin - 04-29-2019, 12:32 PM

Hey guys I emailed support but just hoping someone might know the answer.

I am trying to connect to my used jb4 on my C43.

But it keeps on saying invalid pin.

I have tried to change it in the app and the phones Bluetooth but still no luck
