Just finished installing my inlets and outlets. Did anybody else notice that their BOV sounds different after the install? I mean it would make sense seeing as how the turbos are able to flow alot bettter. I'm just trying to make sure that there isn't something I'm forgetting. Also did you guys reset your AFR ratio adaptations afterwards?

I have MMP hotside inlets. I've noticed the different bov sound also, I havent been able to figure out what the problem is. Its annoying!!

So I did a little google search and I think I may have found the answer to my question. It's a combination of the way the new inlets work compared to stock(soft silicone vs hard plastic) and the size of the barb and vacuum line on the intake manifold when compared to the barb on my Tial BOV.

They are just inlets...Went with VRSF silicone inlets for $250, install was a bitch but over all it wasn't that bad. Gains were bad@ss.


VRSF Inlets, Chargepipe, **'s, FMIC
HKS BOV, BMS DCI, BMS Meth Kit
JB4 w/MHD-BMS E85 Backend Flash w/Nexus 7
Custom Map 6 21.5 psi (E70 mix)
Walbro 450 LPFP - 4 Bar TMAP Sensor - Muff Delete
SAT Transmission Flash/retrofit (Thanks to Wedge!)
AD Engineering Oil thermostat - Rob Beck PCV Valve
Gloss Black BMW M359 M3 Competition Wheels
Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Tires
Installed all the parts myself.

Cools comments everyone . I personally would like to go with hotside MMP FTW...

On stock turbos I plan to use them but none the less, It's flow I'm after ... I know for best flow I'll need the outlets too! Cheers!
