Default ** SOLVED **29dc cylinder injection switch off low fuel pressure - 09-04-2020, 12:02 AM

I have very low fuel pressure at high rpm under wot or close to it. It seems my lpfp is taking a big dip and consequently my hpfp. The car is on full E but has a stage 3 walbro 450 pump. Could it be going out? Bad lpfp sensor? Link to the log below

We don’t use 3rd party host sites.

Can you just upload the JB4 CSV

Stage 3 dual walbro 450, jb4 integrates port injection, on3 67mm, car is on jb4 and mhd backend flash. Previous owner said he just put full e and it was alright.

Based on these logs...

Doesn’t look like your PI is turning on...most set FOL to 0 if they have PI

HPFP is tanking, double check you have the PI bet installed & set your duty bias to 60 across board

Not exactly 100% was solved the issue but the night before, I added stp fuel cleaner to my 1/4 tank. Next morning I wiggles around jb4 connection wires and made sure they were all good. Checked to make sure my fuel pump and filter werenít leaking from any obvious locations. Then what I think was the culprit, I was going to disconnect the battery so I can mess with the jb4 and saw what I think was the positive connection for either my Hobbs switch or secondary fuel pump. It was hanging on by a couple wires so I reattached and made sure connection was solid. Drove the car 2 days after all this and could once again go WOT without low fuel pressure or injection cuttoff. Lpfp stays above 65 psi and hpfp around 11 at high rpm.

If you want to throw up some logs with everything working, we can turn things up.

Keep an eye on the LPFP, that nears the 50's up top.

Up the PI from 4k to redline by 5

No problem. Keep me posted, and monitor the trims on your logs after the fuel bias changes.

We want to see your trims trending DOWN from 50
