I bought a 2009 335i with DCT.

When I park the car at an angle I see the car dripping fuel after fill ups. And the fuel tank won't fill beyond 3/4 after a while I had some severe misfire under WOT with some flames and it feels like I hit a wall

Now the car will go in limp mode and struggle I when I go past 10% throttle .

I did some logs today
The low pressure reading jumps rapidly between 40 to 60 when I put any throttle and stays in the low 40s with no thortle

Have any experience the same issue.

I have fuel it stage 2 pump

Just to add when I opened the fuel regulator cap I saw wet dirt.

Sounds like the fuel regulator/filter may have gone bad.

I would start there especially since you observed wet dirt on it. It could have a crack in the plastic or a bad seal. Just a thought.

if the filter is contaminated, couldn't be cleaned using fuel additives or even physically or buying a new unit is a must.

I am unaware of a cleaning procedure. However, I just had a customer with same issues leaking fuel also and it was the regulator/filter unit. We replaced it, now no more leaking and the car is able to get the fuel to the rail.

i replaced the fuel filter, the problem is still there however the fuel pressure from the low side is steady 65 to 70, however the high pressure is ready 6 units of reading on the jb4 app, and when i hit the gas it drops to 2 and goes into limp mode, any ideas ?
