Default Can't get data logging to work - 08-10-2020, 03:49 PM

EDIT: figured it out, the software was set to log only at heavy throttle

I just installed a JB4 on my 2017 GTI, and I can't get the data logging to work. I'm using the USB data cable. Everything else seems to work fine. I can connect using the data cable, and I can see all the real-time data below the logging window. I can successfully change maps and update the firmware. When I try to log data, the title bar says "starting logging" (or something similar to that), and nothing happens. That message just stays there. I have tried with two different laptops with the same result. Has anyone had this problem?
