It's been more than 24 hours since I followed the directions and sent an email with a screenshot asking to unlock my JB4 mobile with no response. What do I do if support will not respond?

Really? My bad, I didn't realize that people work on their cars on the weekend. However, it wasn't the weekend when they took my money, and it wasn't the weekend when I emailed support. You are right, though, it certainly is the weekend now.

Nevermind. I was able to unlink it from the old account myself. I'm good to go.

Did you ever get a response? I am having issues and can't connect to mine, was wondering what the turn around time is. Not sure why the lock it, seems pretty pointless.

Yes, I did receive a reply on Monday when my unlock request was sent on Friday (so, no they did not respond within 24 hours). However, I was able to talk to the original owner over the weekend and asked him to unlink the unit from his account. As soon as he did that, I was able to connect, no problem.

I just installed used, bought app and can not setup account. the seller is on the other side of the US. anyway I can enable the gear I paid for on my end?

I asked the former owner to change his password to something generic and give it to me. Then I logged into the app as him and unlinked the device. Then I was able to login as myself and link the device.
