Got everything installed.
I noticed that there aren't any keyboard shortcuts for Start, Stop, and Exporting logs,
will that be added in later? I feel safer using the keyboard when I'm driving on the road.

Yes that will be added. Just trying to get some people testing this with different setups to make sure everything is working.

Can't install the drivers.

"..can't be opened because it is from a unidentified developer."

Same message when I click "open anyway" in Security and Privacy settings.

I missed this comment. Bme30 is right, please refer to the second note on the release post. Let me know if this doesn't resolve your issue

Thanks! Used the program for about an hour, crashed once when I was reading my codes. Other than that it was flawless, I like how the previous graph stays on the screen when I start a new log. I noticed that default names when savings logs are "untitled.csv", will this change to the date/time format like the pc version?

Just testing the JB4 interface for the Mac. It looks great! Everything is basically laid out just like the Windows version except for it just has a cleaner look as you would expect with a Mac program. I loaded the drivers first and downloaded the software. You may have to change the privacy setting as some members mentioned a few post before this one but it works fine after that. Selected the correct port to connect (there was one only one option to choose so you can't get it wrong, at least on my set up). I did take a quick data log below. My test track was crowded with a bunch of people on their way home from work so it was hard to get a lot of sustained runs. I did clean up the .csv file to show the pertinent pulls. I didn't see any issues with the log.

A quick start/stop button would be helpful but I am sure that is coming in later releases. Also when I tried to export picture from the log the area was greyed out. Exporting the log worked fine. I did shut it down and restart a few times and unplugged, etc. One time it made me go back and select the port again before it would connect and the other times it didn't. Maybe a small glitch.

Donation sent! Thanks for your effort in making this happen

got it all downloaded and up and running on Mavericks. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet but I think the interface looks phenomenal.

Definitely gotta give a +1 to a shortcut for Starting, Stopping and Exporting logs. Not that any of us are operating a computer while driving

I know that, my wording was not the best. What I meant was now to just be able to upload firmware, once this is no longer BETA

Alright I figured I'd just go ahead and make this a community decision. What would you all like the key shortcuts to be?

Single buttons like (this is what I am testing):
C - Connect
D - Disconnect
Spacebar - Start Logging (easier to hit the biggest button on the keyboard)
M - Stop and Display
E - Export Log
P - Export Picture
O - Open Log

Or something like:
Command + Shift + Spacebar = Start Logging
etc

How difficult would it be to have a user adjustable option to edit your button commands? If that's too much trouble, I'd like to try the single buttons. The only problem I can see happening is that we accidentally press the wrong buttons during the log and disconnect or something. Buttons on the bottom of the log output might be useful too. That way we don't have to click on the file menu. Thanks again for your work!
