I have more on order, although it takes typically a week or two for them to arrive. Payment info is on page 1 post 1 of this thread.

I have your upgraded valve and new check valve and have a BMS OCC. When driving there is no smoke?! Any ideas? It seems more from the passenger side exhaust so it seems bank specific. I have been told it is CCV system, I was thinking maybe oil on the turbo while it sits overnight. Car runs great...boost to 17-18 psi.
Me and my friend have this issue too. A large amount of oil on intake valves.
Both cars with CL DP and RB's.
Remove your intake manifold and check it.

I have an 07 with 43K miles exactly, 1 owner. I was thinking turbo seals as well, but right now the smoke doesnt smell like oil/fuel and coolant is fine also. It's been naggin' me for the past month or two just today when i replaced all that: oil, modded pcv, pcv vlave it's doing it more often. I think time has come to take her to a real mechanic, it's embarrassing really..

Yours didn't go out until July 6th. I had just been to the post office on the 29th and I do not go there after every order. So there was some delay on my behalf getting it out- sorry about that.

Anyway, it is in the mail. Now you have my US postal system and then your Russian postal system that is holding the ball so your guess is as good as mine... but I would say anywhere from 1-3 weeks is fairly typical for this type of mail.

Thanks,
Rob

Hey Rob, is it possible to close the internal routing of the crank case vapors to the intake valves and only route it to the external vent line full time ?

Possible. But I wouldnt consider it desirable. If anything I'd be more inclined to radically alter the plumbing of the system, removing the valve cover and gasket from the equation in favor of external plumbing. This would require blocking off the channels through the cylinder head so that each port no longer is channelized into the valve cover internal plumbing. And then modifying the valve cover and and intake manifold to accept the PCV functionality externally. Personally I just do not like the fact of the additional possible complications with the valve cover being plastic and then the gasket both as a failure point that take quite abit of labor and cost to isolate as an issue. But it is what it is.

I was thinking of just stopping the normal flow path then adding a sintered metal filter to a OCC to stop the vapors and drain the oil to the bottom of the canister. The plumbing to the turbo inlet would stay the same.

I have the RB upgraded PCV valve too, and my car has some real nasty oil burning smell too. I gotta get my car on a lift and see what's going on. Car runs fine and I topped off a quart at 5800 miles nothing abnormal.
