Default N55 EWG PS2, conistant misfire Cyl 6 at 6K - 11-17-2017, 08:33 AM

2014 335i n55 EWG with Pure Stage 2, GFB diverter, stock inlet, BMS intake, VRSF **, resistor mod, BMS meth & JB4 running ~E30 and 100% Meth with CM10 nozzle.

At higher boost levels (above ~19psi) I consistently get cylinder 6 misfire at 6K rpm with these codes:
140010 misfires, more cylinders: Recognized
140610 misfires, cylinder 6: Recognized
140001 misfires, more cylinders: ignition switched off
000000 No description found

Car has 50k miles on it. I just changed to NGK 97506 plugs gapped to .020" and replaced cylinder 6 coil with Delphi GN10571.

Is there anyway to determine root cause of misfire? See attached log with timing on all cylinders. Thanks

Nope, stick with OEM DMF and 550i clutch.

Hard to diagnose misfires with logs but HPFP is beginning to struggle. Meth flow is a bit weak, I'd recommend investigating that first.

18-20 psi is also where the DMFW can start to cause misfire issues with a PS2...my car did it on anything over 18psi always between 5800-6200 rpms until I swapped in the m4 non weighted DMFW

I figured it was the DMFW and just ordered the Mfactory SMF. I wasn't aware of the M4 flywheel, does it fit on n55? Do you have a P/N?
