Default Porsche Macan help with Connection - Yesterday, 02:25 PM

Hi everyone,
I bought a used Group 6 EA888 gen 3 jb4 on ebay for my '17 base Macan. Have everything hooked up per instructions. Downloaded the interface.zip. Extracted and installed the usbdrivers.exe. Installed the JB4.exe and followed another thread on here to enable virtual ports since I have Windows10. Everytime I try to connect from the program to the JB4 it says JB4 Failed. I even went into user adjustment and options and change pin 0 and 1 to yes and saved per George. Nothing is working. Any help on what to try next would be awesome.

Thanks All.

Ah, easy fix!

Make sure those screws are holding it in tightly!
