I think there is a little more room for boost, but keeping it on 65 additive for now until i hit up a dyno.
What are you using for Meth? Boost Juice / VP M1? In the JB4 WMI settings, is it “Boost Additive” or “Meth Additive”? Just want to make sure I get my lingo correct and know what people are adjusting

Have you tried the “Race non-WMI” MHD BEF Map by BMS? That is the one I am on and it seems to work really well? Even though I do technically have WMI.

Ya, he said to just start with the “RACE” map, and go from there, and said my logs looked clean and good to go. Car seems to operate well. Couple of attachments to help.

VPRacing M1 100% in the tank
No water mixture.......B58 loves pure meth for extra fueling

Ugh - you are killing me. You happy with the M1? I might dump my tank full of boost juice and go full M1. You think I need to change anything in the tune or should it auto adjust?

Got this last night after filling up. The boost shown in JB4 is when car is at idle or off

Just finish the 50/50 or when it gets really really low at the bottom of the tank just add in 100% meth. No need to make any adjustments.

Might just have not updated it's zero reference yet.

New map 5 e85 log for review...

93 octane as base for the e40 mix. BMS intake and Stock otherwise.

OK - The 50/50 mysteriously made it's way to the gallon jugs I pulled them from LOL. I felt like I was doing a drug deal today getting the M1 from the only shop in Chicago (had to drive to the south side, side door only...guy was super cool). Anyways, I'm now running 100% VP M1.

Dear G, you weren't kidding, this car loves it. To make sure things are running well, do you mind checking my logs?

Terry - Feel free to check as well, 100% M1 (now) vs. 50/50 Boost Juice (previous).

I'm going to the Dyno on Thursday AM, so I want this thing dialed in if any changes need to be made.

BTW - Anyone running the B58TU1 plugs? I guess they are slightly different for the new Z4-M40i that makes something like 388HP? I don't think I have any ignition issues right now, car feels good, but what the heck do I know. BMW part number is 12122455258 / NGK SILZKGR8E8S...Gap Plugs to 0.5mm (0.02")? Some people are claiming a slight difference in the skirt and insulation height and they went from stock plugs at stock gap to these gapped to 0.5mm and have smaller timing corrections now. Should I try them / am I leaving anything on the table or no?

Thanks so much for all of your help, this forum is great, but I think have a disease continuing to try and squeeze every bit of power from this car. Going to hit the 1/4 mile here soon too.

Fuel pressure is tanking a bit here despite boost being under target, I'd drop back down to map3.

I usually buy 10 gallons at a time and I feel like I’m carrying a bomb in my truck I know that feeling, but you get use to it haha. Im running the NGK 2 step colder plugs found on the BMS website. I usually keep the gap at .022-.023 for a smoother idle.

Thanks for the feedback Terry. What level would you say is concerning on the fuel pressure? Under 15, under 12? Just trying to get an idea to help me when I am looking at logs.

Thanks!

93 octane base e40 mix. The 93 is not top tier (not many stations have e85 here).
