Default Map3 log - 04-26-2019, 08:33 PM

Hey guys new JB4 user here, can someone take a peak at my logs to make sure everything is ok?

When shifting through gears, the car stumbles and feels like it dies between gear shifts it is the 8 speed AT on all Maps, map3 has felt the best so far with it not happening as bad. If you need other logs to look through I can upload.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Do you have FF or EWG wires connected? Just trying to know your setup with JB4. Your FOL is at 60, but trims are maxing out, so it doesn't look like you have FF wires installed. Please let us know your complete setup and mods. Then we can provide better reviews.

Thanks for the response. Only other harness that is on JB4 is FF wires which I had chosen to leave disconnected for now. And no other mods to car besides the JB4

Your trims are maxed out. While things look good in the log, it's on the edge and could go badly depending on conditions. I'd get the FF wires hooked up and set FOL to 20, then relog. You should see trims lower. A short spike/max at onset of boost often happens, but it should come back into control quickly. Keep it under 40 and above 30 on trims and the car should be happy and safe. That's my .02

Timing looks consistent, but has a few dips in it. That's probably related to trims. Get FF installed, adjust FOL and we'll see where you end up.

Thank you will do. Any idea for the connections for FF wires on the B58? If not Iím sure Iíll figure it out. Also, are the FF wires required to change the FOL setting?

Without FF wires installed, FOL isn't active. The instructions for them are in the settings and parameters sticky post under B58. That's what I used and all has worked perfectly.

Look at second post, by Ando. It's written in detail.
