Not going to offer anything for the CEL within the USA for emissions compliance. We're still evaluating the fuel mapping options but we'll ensure anything we release is well tested on that front.
ECU adaption is generally very minimal.

Anthony at ACF picked up an RS3 and brought it by so we could poke around. Got the basic JB4 up and running fairly easily. As some know the RS3 runs both port injection and direct injection at the same time, quite interesting for a factory setup.
We're taking the S4 and RS3 out to NoFlyZone tomorrow for data collection since it's supposed to rain and track will likely be too slick for our race cars. Will try to get a few videos of the cars lined up.

On the RS3 just collecting data and playing around, so far. We have CANbus up and running though. And the beginning of a tune. Got some great logs on it today in the rain I need to analyze.
Took the S4 out to NFZ today and did a few runs in the rain. Ran ~132mph stock, and ~137mph running 4psi over stock (map3), 91 octane with a can of octane booster.
Despite the cooler weather IAT was rocketing up so I think an intercooler upgrade is going to be a must for this thing. Also need to start looking at the intake. Tried raising boost further than map3 levels but car didn't get any faster so something is holding it back here. Maybe just hot air coming out of the factory turbo?

Firmware:
AUDI_JB4_SENT_T6:
1) Added map5 which is 6psi peak over stock, for race gas and E85 mixture experimentation
2) Added knock monitoring in cyl5. Will add cyl6 shortly.
3) Added flash boost target logging
4) Changes to avoid triggering 9023 manifold pressure too low fault when letting off the gas on higher boost maps

Hard to predict on that. We have maybe 15 systems out, generally working well, a couple things I want to correct before a wider release though. We may release another 10 systems though next week.

The ECU targets torque. As you go through the gears the intake temperature increases which in turn requires more boost for the same torque target.

That's how Audi programmed it. DME BT is the "stock" boost target. Right now all the maps are "additive" based meaning they add boost to stock. But we'll also be working on "absolute" target maps as well that target the same boost level regardless of the factory load request.

thanx for the info, any plans for BEF and change more tables, they say the DME crack is easy for Audi models.

No plans for that. We're going for the easy to install/remove without a trace market for the platform. But, if someone happens to flash the car our systems are great for custom tuning, on the fly changes, WMI integration, etc.

The Bosch ECU in the S4 seems to be a major challenge for flashing and hasn't been cracked yet as well as related ECU's in smaller models.

getting my beta unit tomorrow, looking forward to testing. Is anybody else testing or have anything to share? Is map 3 doing good on 93 octane?
Terry - what would be map 5 requirements? I can get E85 here, but I have no idea about it.
Will WMI be legit solution for intake temps, I don't know much about it except how popular it is in the bmw scene, does it work the same for the S4?
