340i MPPSK map 3 -
01-26-2019, 09:38 PM
Please review the attached map 3 logs. 2018 340i mppsk, bms intake, shell 93 + Lucas oil octane booster.
Overall car felt good but the next day got super knock codes on a full throttle short shift from 2-3. Dme cut fuel. Hasn’t happen again and never previously. Ambient Temps were in the mid to low 50 deg F. No logs during the fuel cuts.
Have a c a t less d p to install but gonna hold off Incase any dealer visits are in order.
Thanks!

Few timing drops but I wouldn't expect any super knock codes after looking at those logs.
Was the car up to temp?
These logs look good though.

Thanks for checking the logs. I will get some map 2 pulls and maybe some map 5 just to see.
Car was up to temp then parked for 30 minutes and then a couple minutes in traffic and opened it up, got the fuel cuts and codes. Will Keep an eye on it.

Please have a look at the attached map 2 log. Car was warm and running shell 93 v-power. Had a big stumble early in the pull and it looks like some timing drops.

Yes, a few timing drops actually but only in the start. Any more logs?

Unfortunately no additional logs but it does cut power in map 2 like this sometimes. Wasn’t sure if there was anything concerning here since I caught it happening in this log.
