To be fair, I'm just curious. I have no experience or research on turbo blankets.

I'm in the theoretical stage myself.

Their hot. Keep that heat from the cold side, it'll get hotter. Maybe the turbos don't care on the hot side.

For my short exposure, the turbos seem to have a shorter life span, particularly when pushed hard.
I've no idea why there aren't offerings for improved oil and coolant flow under heavy load.
It seems logical to me. Keep them at a good temp, just like BMW does so much to keep the engine at the ideal temp for the current driving conditions.

The whole N54 community doesn't appear to think there's any value to keeping your turbos happy. Just cool the air after them...
