Based on your log, I think everything looks healthy.

What fuel are you using?

I am using 100RON gas. I know that perfect timing won’t happen but what bugs me is that all the other cylinders are mostly working the same but ign 1 wanders off. I see sometimes dips in timings, it drops 3 on one cyl then it recovers, but I know that is normal. What I really don’t like that even on not full load all the cylinders can maintain the exact same timing but not cyl 1.
