CarFax is putting its history based value on a Private Party sale at $9200. Obviously that’s stock. Mods don’t really add value, so consider them service items. I’d value it in the $10-11k area, certainly not $5k more.
Of course, You can always ask whatever you want though. CarFax lists my Lightning at $12580, but I have it listed for sale at $15k (mostly because I’ve put $20k in it since July). Cars are worth what somebody is willing to pay for them. Some people won’t pay over book value, which is perfectly acceptable for a regular production vehicle. Collectibles can, and do, bring more.
