Boost as being read via the JB4 log looks smooth and as expected. I presume you mean the factory boost gauge? That is always going to reflect factory like boost levels, but if it's wobbling around lets see a video of that. Genrally JB4 box placement is the only variable at work here. If it gets too much EMF could cause weird behavior. Also note whether you have the issue on map0 with the JB4 disabled to determine if it's software or hardware related.
