Getting my JB4 installed Monday so many questions -

Hello everyone I just joined , Monday I’ll be getting my 2017 Honda Civic sport CVT installed with the JB4 , new springs and cold air intake . Was doing research and hearing so many things about the CVT can’t handle torque. My question is with the JB4 installed , are they programmed for the CVT To be in Safe levels I’m getting the blue tooth adapter installed too so I will be able to change maps . So will my car be able to handle different maps , or should I just use the plug and play and not change the map settings to be safe .
