Yea, I am in California and I hear they are the most lenient when it comes to buybacks. We will see, I came across a poll and it showed about 60% of F30 335i owners are experiencing the same rattle. Some people were offered a replacement while others had their vehicles bought back. I have a very reputable attorney, so we'll see. Will keep everyone posted.
