Ended up being one of the direct injectors stuck...

Do not remove it unless absolutely necessary. The slide hammer failed for me so did a pilot removal tool.
I ended up having to Weld a large bolt to the bearing casing and pounding it out that way.

I wouldn't run a gap any bigger than .020 on e85. .018-.020 seems to be ideal when running straight e85 or close.
