I do plan on getting that eventually. I'm just curious if the guesstimate would be on the high or low side, or impossible to say?

map4 log check? E30 / 3.3TT
Hi. Is this log suitable for getting some feedback? I just turned on logging, drove home from the shop and tried to run up 3rd / 4th gear a few times. Turns out the log is too big. I cut it down to...

Since we're talking octane, I am mixing ~E30, map 3. That should result in roughly 97 octane, according to fuel-it's map. If I'm at a track, would dropping in some 96 octane (unknown E, but probably...

Why can't you mix E54 + some 91 to dilute it? I run something like 4 gallons of E85 (min E71, per pump sticker) + rest 91. Based on this:

BMS Transmission oil cooler
Great to see!
One question: it looks like it mounts on the rad, not near the intercooler? So I guess if I were to install it, and later switch to BMS intercooler, wouldn't be a problem? How hard...

Nope, came up as "unknown code".
The parking sensors also kept complaining "check system". I banged it a bit on a curb while parking. However, after pulling out a leaf, it seems to be fine again....

Anyone seen 00d3 code for Stinger?
Was driving along in town, jb4 map3 (with ~e30 mix), but barely 1/4 throttle at low speeds. Got a CEL. jb4 reported 00d3, couldn't find anything about it.
Cleared it, didn't come back. Any ideas?

Is map 5 on BMWs the same as map 5 for Stinger? Maps got re-arranged about a year ago, and I think the old map 5 is now map 3? Which is possible for good quality 93, I believe, although probably most...

What do you mean by this? AFAICT, the discussion is about a Stinger, which has a normal auto trans with torque converter. I believe some Velosters have a DCT, but I don't think that's the case here.

Yes, I know. It's one reason I got the GT1 instead..
What I don't know 100% is if you do the 2-stage disable, if you still get the "shifts back to auto after a while" behavior.

Are you asking to increase the delay after shifting with the paddles in "auto" mode, before it goes back to auto?
Or are you asking for way to stay 100% in manual mode, once you activate it?

Check the logs - you might have had an HPFP pressure crash. At least, I know that's a common issue when pushing the limits of ethanol on the Stinger..

Thanks. So basically, up to E30 with just jb4, up to E50 with CPI? And with the sensor, the jb4 can adapt for whatever actual level of E is going in?
Sounds good to me..
