I'm guessing that's a consequence of it being a positive displacement pump? Makes sense, which is why the only solution is to spin it faster or run dual pumps.

I am using Accesstuner Race. The only torque request map I have is called "Torque Request - AUTO".

It appears to be the same map as your "Torque Request - High"

You might still be able to improve the alpina D mode via throttle mapping, but the mapping provided...
