What's weird is when I first did the test, It worked properly. Car was on and idling. I had menu 10 set to 5, and I was seeing 25hg of vacuum. Now when I do the test, I see 0.

Well after a solid two full days doing diagnostics myself and spending $150 at the BMW dealership to diagnose the car, with them telling me they don't know, it turns out that the JB4 itself somehow...

Well... Took the car into the BMW dealership and they spent 3 hours trying to diagnose it and came back that they have no idea what is wrong. It passed vacuum test, smoke test, boost pressure test....
